What we collect
When you submit a dispatch, we collect your optional handle or name, optional location, your text, any photo you upload, and any video link you provide. We also collect your IP address for spam and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To publish your dispatch on this site and to moderate submissions for harmful content.
How long we keep it
Dispatches are kept for the duration of the World Cup 2026 tournament window and reviewed after. Rejected dispatches are retained for 30 days for audit purposes then deleted.
Photos
Any photo you submit may be published on this site. Only submit photos you have the right to share. Photos containing identifiable people other than yourself are submitted at your own discretion.
Your rights
You can request removal of your dispatch at any time by contacting us. Email: sink@aiscotlandproductions.co.uk
Third parties
Submissions are processed by Anthropic's API for moderation purposes. No personal data is sold or shared for marketing.
