Scotland Has Accidentally Started A World Cup Song War
Nobody planned this. There was no committee, no brief, no budget meeting. Scotland qualified for a World Cup after 28 years and something was released — a creative pressure that had been building since France 1998 — and now there are twenty songs, each one a small act of hope dressed up as music.
Some are anthems. Some are labours of love recorded in bedrooms and uploaded at midnight. One is sixty-two seconds long and is almost certainly a joke. The Keeper has listened to all of them. The Keeper has feelings.
Now it's your turn. Twenty songs enter. One survives. The Keeper reserves the right to veto the public's judgment once per round. Democracy has limits.
Vote. Argue. Come back tomorrow. The chart runs until Scotland's journey ends.
